You will meet with the Nurse Practitioner for your first consult virtually to learn about the once weekly injections approved for weight loss. Combined with weight loss coaching & life style changing resources, find out if our transformational weight loss program is for you!

Virtual appointments are available and convenient for those with busy schedules or out-of-town individuals who wish to schedule a full face assessment. For the most thorough comprehensive assessment, an in-person appointment is recommended. Virtual appointments are $75 and are redeemable towards service.
